SNOW MOON ~ Sound Bath and Reiki

  • KIkospace 2104 Dundas Street West Toronto Canada (map)

Please join Kiko Sounds and Lisa DiQuinzio on February 19 for a Snow Moon circle of intention setting, sound and Reiki. We gather to to honour this full moon in Virgo, known as the Snow Moon, for the deep winter season she represents. We will begin our time together exploring the qualities of the Snow Moon, tuning into the potential for creative expansion and elemental flow represented by this lunar cycle. We will then move into a meditative sound bath with crystal bowls, gongs, planetary tuning forks and chimes shared by Kiko. As you are bathed in sound, Lisa will share the healing energies of Reiki with each individual. This group is kept very small to allow us time to give special care to each person attending, and to provide and intimate and quiet space for self-healing and reflection.

Kiko is a teacher and artist specializing in sound therapy, meditation, yoga and relational aesthetics. She creates settings for deep listening that induce profound states of relaxation, inviting in opportunities for intuitive awareness and connection.
