autumn equinox ritual + sound bath Sept 23 7-10pm

In the place between day and night, when all is balanced, and we prepare to release summer and welcome autumn, we gather in grief and celebration. To let go and complete. To begin anew. This gathering will involve a fire ritual with weather permitting along with time to journal, and share a sound bath meditation. Time will be given for sharing and connecting around the fire.
