Winter Solstice Ritual + Sound Bath Dec 21 6-9:30pm

Coming together to honour the longest night of the year. We gather in community for a 3 hour practice. Details of our time together will be shared at the time of registration but may include work with plant medicine (medicinal herbs, essential oils, essences), journaling, sharing, circle and deep space time in sound bath meditation.
