A personal note:

In 2021 I went through treatment for breast cancer and am now in complete remission with the support of medication. At the time I received my diagnosis, I chose to become alcohol and cannabis free, addictions I had been carrying for thirty years to avoid facing past traumas. These pivotal moments: cancer delivered by fate, and sobriety chosen by will, have greatly impacted the way I live and share my life’s work. Supporting those in treatment for cancer and folks in recovery is very close to my heart. Please contact me directly if I can be of service. It is also important to remember that I am not a medical professional, or a registered therapist. Please connect with trained professionals in addition to any holistic support I or another may offer you. I am here with you, listening always. As Ram Dass so beautifully says, we are all just walking each other home.
