Kikospace Sound Baths

Join a public sound bath at Kikospace. Each gathering is limited to 10 folks and held in person at 2104 Dundas W Tkaronto. Sound baths are 60 minutes and are open to all. Please register in advance due to the limited space. All sound bath sales are final.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an intentional rest practice through deep listening that bathes the whole body in waves of vibration. Participants rest on supportive pillows and are guided through gentle breathwork+relaxation followed by a sound bath meditation with instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, are weaved together to create an intuitive soundscape with the intention of encouraging therapeutic responses in the listener's body.
