Kikospace Sound Baths

Join a public sound bath at Kikospace. Each gathering is limited to 10 folks and held in person at 2104 Dundas W Tkaronto. Sound bath sessions are 75 minutes and are open to all. Please register in advance due to the limited space.

All sound bath sales are final. I am not able to exchange for a different night or refund. Please book mindfully.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an intentional meditative listening practice that bathes the whole body in waves of vibration. Participants rest on supportive pillows while various instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, are weaved together to create an intuitive soundscape with the intention of encouraging therapeutic responses in the listener's body.
